What these cover
These terms apply to this website. They are not the agreement for the Sonic Highway service itself. If you join, you will be given a separate written agreement covering the service, the fees and the obligations on both sides, and that agreement governs.
This site is an introduction
Access is invite-only. Submitting the form is a request, not an agreement, and it does not entitle you to access. We decide who joins the founding group and we may decline without giving a reason.
Catalogue figures and imagery
Title counts, department sizes and other figures on this site are approximate and move as the catalogue changes. Cover art, product photography and artist names shown here belong to their respective owners and appear to illustrate what the catalogue contains. They do not imply any endorsement by those owners.
What you can expect from the site
We keep it accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information published here rather than on the agreement you sign.
Our material
The Sonic Highway name, the design of this site and its text are ours. Please do not copy them for your own commercial use.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
